Timing is Everything
Indiana now observes Daylight Savings Time. Hamilton County (and most of Indiana) is located in the Eastern time zone.
If you're flying in, it takes about 30 - 40 minutes to drive from the Indianapolis International Airport (IND) to Carmel or Fishers.
Noblesville takes a few more minutes. Downtown Indy is about 20 - 30 minutes from Fishers.
