The Taylor Center of Natural History is open for limited hours throughout the year! Our interpretive staff will be on hand to speak with guests regarding current and future park developments. Visitors are invited to discover the colorful local history that stretches thousands of years into the past. Artifacts recovered by professional archaeologists in previous excavations are on display in our exhibit room. Visit the Taylor Center often to keep up on events and our growing exhibit! Over five miles of trails are open, so don’t forget your hiking shoes and sense of adventure! Check below for special programs we will be offering at the park throughout the season. Group tours or presentations can also be arranged by appointment through Amanda Smith, Supt. of Natural Resources and Education, at the Taylor Center of Natural History at 317-984-5556 or by calling 317-714-7144.
Hours: Fridays and Saturdays 10:00am to 5:00pm
Sundays 1:00pm to 5:00pm
Note: Taylor Center is closed on July 4
