Summer is here and we are celebrating at the Cool Creek Nature Center! Our exhibit will feature information about the delightful creatures and plants that overwhelm our senses during this fascinating season. There are displays on hummingbirds, butterflies, and dragonflies that fill the summer sky with their beauty and grace. We will also explore the firefly, which puts on a show for our enjoyment during summer evenings. While inside, guests can also check-out the “Learning Tree,” do a free daily craft, enjoy our Wildlife Viewing Area, and participate in scavenger hunts.
